1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 70jay platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or simply visiting the website — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 70jay platform regardless of the device or browser used to access it.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read alongside the 70jay Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 70jay. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 70jay enforces a strict minimum age policy. Providing false age information to circumvent this requirement constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering an account on behalf of another individual, a corporation, or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of 70jay, or a close family member of any such person, where participation could create a conflict of interest.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes after registration.

70jay reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or void transactions where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where there is reasonable suspicion that the eligibility criteria have not been met. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be closed and any pending withdrawal requests may be declined pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one account on the 70jay platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 70jay may close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and retain any balances pending a formal review.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, whether or not such activity was actually carried out by you personally.
• You must notify 70jay support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. 70jay cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to promptly report a suspected breach.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo identification and proof of address. 70jay may request additional documentation at its discretion.
• 70jay reserves the right to restrict account functionality — including the ability to place bets or withdraw funds — pending completion of KYC verification or during any ongoing investigation into account activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

70jay supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the platform's cashier page at the time of the transaction.

• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your 70jay account instantly upon confirmation of the transaction by the respective payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests can only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 70jay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the account holder.
• 70jay reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements on withdrawal requests where there is reasonable cause to suspect money laundering, fraud, or account compromise.
• In circumstances where a deposit fails to credit to your account, do not make a second deposit. Contact 70jay support immediately with the transaction reference number provided by the payment provider.
• All transactions on 70jay are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT. Where a payment method processes in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply.

70jay does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, and 70jay accepts no responsibility for any such third-party charges. Please consult your payment provider's terms for details of any applicable fees.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

70jay offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable promotion terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per household and per IP address unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise. Claiming multiple bonuses on multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being closed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting or attempting to exploit any technical error, system malfunction, or software bug in the platform to gain a financial advantage that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets across multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes or claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Providing false or misleading identity or financial information during registration, KYC verification, or at any subsequent point during the account relationship with 70jay.
• Using the 70jay platform in connection with any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 70jay support staff through any communication channel, including but not limited to live chat, email, or support ticket systems.

70jay's determination as to whether any conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibited conduct provisions is final and binding. Players who disagree with a decision made under this section may submit a formal complaint through the 70jay support channel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 70jay platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 70jay or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of 70jay.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 70jay platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the express prior written consent of 70jay.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 70jay excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 70jay shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from network outages, connectivity failures, or interruptions to your mobile data or Wi-Fi service that affect your ability to place bets or access your account in real time.
• Losses arising from any technical failure, system error, or data corruption affecting the platform where such failure is beyond 70jay's reasonable control.
• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other economic loss arising from your use of or reliance on the platform, even if 70jay has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform that may contain errors or may be subject to last-minute changes prior to an event.
